Music Ministry
Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with thankfulness in your hearts to God. And whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.
Colossians 3:16-17
Singing Together in Worship
At Centerville Christian Fellowship we believe our times of singing are an important part of what we’re called to do each week as we gather together as a church to worship God. While worship doesn’t just mean singing, singing is an important part of our gathered worship. It comprises a large portion of our services, so it’s important that the songs we sing provide opportunities to praise God while teaching, equipping, and building up the body (Col 3:16-17; Eph 4:11-16).
